Data you provide to Ctrl Alt Esc is collected when you enter into an agreement with Ctrl Alt Esc services and is used solely for CTRL ALT ESC use. This data is not passed on to marketing agencies:

• Your name
• Your address
• Your email address
• Your telephone number/s
• Your payment method

• Date and time of booking
• Number in group

When booking, you are authorising us to use your details for the following:

• Our accounts must be legally sent to the government.
• Your telephone numbers and emails in case we need to contact you before your booking, i.e. cancellations etc.
• To let you know of any new rooms or changes to rooms that might be of interest to you.

Please note that if requested by you, your details can be deleted after the first two points above have been completed.

Your data is securely stored on password-protected servers hosted by:

• Resova,
• Stripe,
• and iZettle.

Only accessible by authorised Ctrl Alt Esc staff.

We may also hold some paper form data that is locked in filing cabinets at the Ctrl Alt Escape office, which is securely monitored by a sophisticated CCTV system and intruder alarm. You can request access to data we hold about you, this can be done via email or telephone call from an authorised person.
