An escape room is a real-life adventure game where the players must find clues and solve puzzles to “escape” the room before the 90 minutes is up.
You will have a maximum of 90 minutes to escape the room. Can you beat the clock and make our leaderboard?
Please allow 15 minutes before the game. Allowing for 2 hours for parking etc, should be fine.
Each room requires a minimum of 2 players and a maximum of 8.
Escape rooms are perfect for adults, teens, and children!
Players must be 10 years old or over.
Each group must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) – At least one adult needs to play in the room alongside children under 14 years old.
For children between the ages of 14 and 17, the chaperone does not have to be inside the room but is needed to supervise the group from our CCTV with our staff in reception. (This request needs to be mentioned at the time of booking – please email info@ctrlaltesc.co.uk or call 030303 000 00)

Cameras in the room will monitor you at all times to make sure you are safe and to follow the progress of your escape room game. This will allow us to deliver you clues if you need them.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your game. This is a live event, so the time of your booking is the time it must start. This time cannot be made up, so latecomers may not be admitted.

A fancy dress is highly recommended.
As our rooms are themed, we have tried to make them as realistic as possible. Although we do not class the rooms as scary, we do use sound and light to give a realistic experience, this can cause jumps.
We do not use live actors except in special cases like Halloween.
This is very unlikely. Bookings are made in advance, and it is rare to have a spare slot when there is a member of staff there.
